Who we are

NV Health is a specialist surgical weight-loss clinic. This website and its booking service are operated on NV Health's behalf by Catapult.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone) and the details of your booking.

Sensitive health information (such as height, weight, and the reason you are seeking surgery) is collected only at the clinical step of booking, and only with your express consent, so a clinician can prepare for your consultation.

Why we collect it

To provide and confirm your consultation, to contact you about your booking, and to measure and improve this service.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay, and Google Tag Manager, to measure and improve this site. The booking flow is masked and excluded from session replay, so your booking details and any health information you enter are never recorded.

These run by default to help us understand and improve the service. You can opt out at any time using your browser's privacy controls (for example, blocking cookies or enabling Do Not Track) or by clearing this site's data.

Overseas and third-party disclosure

Some of our processors operate overseas. Analytics data may be handled by PostHog (United States); SMS verification is handled by Twilio (United States). We share only what each service needs to perform its function.

Security

Booking records are stored in Supabase. Information is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to those who need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
